Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. For items not in stock, please allow 10 business days for delivery.
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge through either Fedex, USPS or UPS; tracking and delivery confirmation included.
New York Tax: All items shipped to a New York address will incur state tax.
All INTERNATIONAL orders will incur a $25 shipping fee.
Packages are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail, Registered. Delivery times may take as little as 10-12 working days but may vary up to as much as 4-6 weeks; in any event the customer will be notified with an ETA and a tracking number.
Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

All items, except custom order, can be returned for a full refund or replacement, within 30 days of the items confirmed receipt.However, the customer will incur the cost of return shipping.
